#DISCLAIMER Now, I have not seen the actual video I actually do not want or need to. I have known enough Amber Coles in my lifetime. Reports say that the young girl was in love and she wanted to keep/win her boyfriend back. This is something you see every day. Boys/Men do not know how to express themselves so they do "JackTailish" (I'm saved so I can't cuss but you get where I was going). Examples I am going to use you until you get tired, I am going to Abuse you until you have had enough, and so on and so forth.
I have noticed that many young women & men have a lack of respect for themselves, and its only getting worse. There is a sense of desperation for ATTENTION not just from the opposite sex, but also from society as a whole and a willingness to gain an advantage over the next person in an effort to snag the title of being better.
It is sad that our young people claim celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, Trina & the Kardashians as role models. #DISCLAIMER not saying that these people are bad but it's what they are known for being famous for the stunts, shows and trickery that they did to get where they are is what grabs the attention of the masses, not the charity work!
PARENTS I URGE YOU, TALK TO YOUR CHILD, YOU BECOME HIS/HER ROLE MODEL; DO NOT ALLOW PEOPLE WHO COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEM TO DETERMINE WHAT THEY DO IN LIFE…. ENCOURAGE YOUR CHILDREN, LOVE YOUR CHILDREN, TEACH THEM, THEIR WORTH! DO NOT ALLOW TELEVISION TO RAISE YOUR CHILDREN; DO NOT ALLOW BET, MTV, TEEN MOM, ETC. TO CONTROL YOUR CHILD. CHILDREN SEEK ATTENTION AND VALIDATION. GIVE IT TO THEM! OTHERWISE YOUR CHILD CAN BE A PUSH OF A PHONE AWAY FROM GOING VIRAL!

I didn't speak on it for a reason, the same people downing her (and not the boy) are the same one who made mistakes but at that age, social networking wasn't around or as popular. In today's world with nothing private or hidden from the web, parents need to rethink their skills because it's not old school anymore. One thing that will always remain old school is attention, as you said. We're human, we seek validation and confidence naturally.
