A former professional wrestler was sentenced Monday to 32 years in prison for having sex with women without telling them he had tested positive for the virus that causes AIDS.
"I could not turn away from sex," Davis said. "My addiction started in high school. I loved women more than anything. When I lost my job, the addiction got worse. I neglected my children. I didn't realize that until I was sitting in jail."
"Sex addiction is probably the worst addiction you can have." ~
Andre Davis, 29, was sentenced in a Hamilton County, Cincinnati court on 14 counts of felonious assault. Davis, who wrestled using stage names including Gangsta of Love and Sweet Sexy Sensation, was convicted in November.Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said he has four cases against Davis for allegedly having unprotected sex with women in Warren County between Dec. 1, 2010 and Jan. 31, 2011. Butler County Prosecutor Mike Gmoser said Davis is accused of having sex with one woman in Butler County.
Davis Statement to the court was "I Am Not A Monster!" One of his Accusers replied, "He's a manipulative man and a liar." It's unknown as to whether or not the woman that he had sex with were in fact HIV Positive because The judge, citing medical privacy laws, had prohibited attorneys from bringing up whether any of the women was infected with the virus, which can be transmitted through unprotected sex.

MY TURN!!
We all know that every time you say yes to having sex, we open ourselves to so many things, In the natural and in the spiritual. Sometimes we know what we are being susceptible to and other times we have no clue nor do our partners. Remember not all people with HIV/AID/STDs are out to hurt you but you do need to protect yourself and THEM!
I do believe there should be some kind of punishment for persons that willing have unprotected sex when they know that they are infected with STDs/HIV. However, what about the people that have no desire to get test and are going around having sex? Should they be punished for neglect or reckless endangerment? All I Can Say is :
- REMEMBER A PERSON DOESN'T HAVE TO LOOK SICK TO HAVE AN STD/HIV SO PROTECT YOURSELF!!
