Don’t Defeat It DESTROY IT!

This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'I will punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they waylaid them as they came up from Egypt. Now go, attack the Amalekites and TOTALLY
DESTROY ALL THAT BELONGS TO THEM. DO NOT SPARE THEM; PUT TO DEATH men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.'" 1 Samuel 15:2-3

SIMPLY PUT ANYTHING THAT IS NOT DEAD HAS THE POTENTIAL TO HEAL, REGAIN STRENGTH, AND ATTACK AGAIN. WHEN GOD SAID DESTROY IT, HE MEANS IT! HE DESIGNED IT TO BE OUT OF YOUR LIFE BUT HE WILL NOT TAKE IT OUT UNTIL YOU ARE MATURE AND READY FOR IT TO COME OUT OF YOUR LIFE.

Think about it like you walked into a giant spider web, the web is caught on you and you pull and pull but you still feel like it's on you. Therefore, to DESTROY the thought that something is crawling on you, you have to take a shower and kill the any living bug or remnants of the web. Without doing so you still feel dirty and the spider (or its eggs which were not killed during the attack) may still crawl once you stop fighting!. It's the same with demons & spirits you are dealing with, you have to cleanse yourself COMPLETELY and kill everything that the spirit or demon is connect it to… whether its people, a place, a thing, a show, a store, a church!
