I think her parents made her think she was the better of the group (Destiny Child) I also agree that it's all about her skin color.She's not that great of a singer or a dancer.She is highly over rated and know that she is w/J that made it worse. Because you can't see her hair, because she wears lacefronts? I mean I thought people 18 and above can wear their hair however they please. She seems fake? I mean you have no proof at all. She just seems fake. I always find it funny when people say "I love her voice/songs but I don't like her." You don't know her. I don't know if she's nice just like you don't know if she's fake. DeleteWhen Be-non-ce decided to stop and do her make-up before boarding the ferris wheel on Coney Island leaving a woman and her husband stranded at the top for 45 minutes I don't remember her giving the time of day to at least apologize to the lady. I can't stand her dumb ass, she is so stuck up and conceded. That poor lady was in tears when she finally got down and that stupid trick just went on her way like nothing ever happened.

The woman was off the Wonder Wheel before Beyonce arrived, there was no makeup delay- the crowds of people that wanted to see Beyonce caused a need for more security, which caused the wait time for the ride to be 8 minutes, instead of 5. No crying woman, no makeup, just rumors.

Her voice isn't authentic -- it sounds like she's singing inside an aluminum bathroom, like she's singing through her nose and throat, not from her belly -- it grates on my nerves.

After a while, folks start to think, "wow, she must be great because she's on TV and radio and Internet ALL the time…." No people. She's only on TV and Internet and radio ALL the time…that's it -- one does not automatically follow from the other. The industry MARKETED her to you. We, like sheep, have been FED a constant diet of this entertainer (she's an entertainer), and millions of people have been duped, sipping the kool-aid every day.
It's kind of like Bishop Eddie Long of the mega-church -- people are attracted to success (wealth and media attention), so they stop looking at their values. They stop asking the question, "what is the value of this person's work? What does my intuition tell me about this person?" My gut is pretty good at detecting the truth. I know authenticity when I see it, and this entertainer registers as 100% false. She's a fake y'all, a poser, a pretender. At the end of the day, it's all about money, the music industry getting YOUR money into ITS pocket.
As Malcolm X said, we've been "bamboozled, misled…" (LoL) Time to stop drinking the kook-aid! There are amazing, talented vocalists and artists out there, but they don't get the visibility they deserve. Let's be discriminating listeners and seek out truly talented people who also reflect authenticity and originality, that genuineness that shines through from an artist's soul (Luther, Teena Marie, Chaka Khan, Whitney, Jill Scott, Lianne La Havas, Lizz Wright, Candice Glover (Love Song),Tessanne Chin, Matthew Schuler and so many more).

While Rihana, Kelly Rowland and others tell a story through their voice. This lady is a business woman she is smart in a way that she copy everything of other artiest. Her songs all sound the same and she DESTROYED Etta JAMES song - ETTA and ONLY ETTA can do that song.. I turn it OFF when i hear the B version.. I always wonder if she thinks about it now that her father Matthew Knowles screwed her and her mother. They wanted her to be the one so they made her the one. Personally, I always thought Letoya Luckett was the prettiest of the group which is why it was easier to remove her when the opportunity presented itself. I also believe that Matthew Knowles knew that as well. I believe she did fake her pregnancy which is just ridiculous.....who does that??? I believe her marriage to Jay-Z was business....he made her pop. I like her business mind however, she gets whats she wants unfortunately she will realize how much to sacrafice to get in when she is old.

ReplyDeleteI do respect that she is a disciplined soldier that follows choreography and doesn't self-destruct with drugs. I also notice all the gimmicks done to enhance her visual package - I used to do theater, so I know that it's part of the profession. But I am bored and tired of seeing the same fucking single unremarkable person all the time. She could win a lot of awards, but she's still boring. This one consumer says YOU SUCK.
I hate most of their music, Destiny's Child when I first saw their music video it was horrendous, it was horrible. Their compositions were stupid. Her accent is upsetting; it doesn't fit. She forces her singing, basically she is not gifted but works very hard to sing (but sometimes it's ok, like in Fighting Temptations). I would love to be entertained by the gifted. I would love to see truth and talent, not just hard work.
The world is transfixed probably because she wants us so much to be and also because people hear she's rich and powerful. I'm bored. She don't teach me nothing. One time I thought she was teaching me how to be healthy and take care of my body then I find that they're painting the skinny legs on her. How does anybody forgive that?
I couldn't stand beyonce before I knew it was possible that other people couldn't stand her either. The biggest reason besides the fact that she isn't talented, ARE HER FANS!!! I CANNOT STAND, OR DEAL WITH, HER FANS! I'VE RECEIVED DEATH THREATS!!!!! I once told my mother/sisters that I wasn't feeling her and I got lectured for literally hours. They could not understand that my biggest complaint about her was exactly what they were doing at the moment. She doesn't seem fake, she is fake. I was forced to watch a documentary about her and I clearly remember hearing that her father started Destiny's Child specifically to get beyonce famous. So I don't concider Destiny's Child a girl-group: I consider it beyonce and the beyoncettes or beyonce and some obsticles. Tired of hearing about her, I wish she and that bulldog she 'gave birth to' disappears.

Aside from the fact that she takes credit for stuff she doesn't write, shows her butt - which gives young girls the impression that's the only way they can make it in the world because she got rich doing it. Yet she proclaims to be humble. I never thought she had the powerful vocals people insist that she has. Someone told me one time that they are just sick and tired of seeing her a$$, for real.
