"Waterloo police are still looking for the group of people that beat a 19-year-old man to death over the weekend. He was beaten early Friday morning on Cottage Street and pronounced dead on Sunday. Assailants attacked nineteen years old Marcellus Richard Andrews a young black teenager and taunted with homophobic slurs and brutally beaten into a coma. He later died at the hospital."
